Account management

WaterAid's Corporate Team has extensive experience working with some of the world's biggest brands.

When partnering with WaterAid, companies are allocated an account manager. They co-ordinate all activities, supported by colleagues in teams across our organisation, such as Communications and Finance.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR)

Account managers work with partners to identify the best possible approach for the company in order to meet CSR and communications objectives, aiming to build and leverage the partnership for highest impact.

Employee engagement

They provide partners with creative fundraising ideas and support (including fundraising resources, case studies, images and videos of our work) and are also available to speak to your staff about their ideas as well as being on-hand to offer support, motivation and training for their fundraising events.

Customer engagement

Our account managers are experienced in supporting corporate marketing and public relations, market research, FMCG marketing and funds developed through product-linked donations.
