Executive Assistant and Office Manager, Melbourne

We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to play a vital role in our mission to transform lives in the world’s poorest communities. This is a key position in the organisation and is responsible for the smooth functioning of Chief Executive’s (CE) office, governance and operational aspects of the organisation.

You will use your excellent organisational skills to manage the CE’s diary to ensure she can effectively deliver her priorities. Your dynamic leadership and excellent interpersonal skills will be central to maintaining and cultivating our can do, collaborative and fun culture.

Reporting to and supporting the Chief Executive in the execution of governance and executive management functions, you will be central to ensuring our leadership and operations are able to function effectively. You will support and engage with a forward looking Board and executive team. 

Highly regarded as a values driven person you have a proven track record in managing an office and a willingness to do tasks that are needed to ensure the effective functioning of the office.
