Rosie has worked at WaterAid Australia since its inception in 2004. She was Director of International Programs for WaterAid Australia prior to becoming Chief Executive in 2016. Rosie has worked in development for 20 years including six years living and working in Indonesia, working at the Australian Council of International Development, and in a range of education and community development projects in Indonesia and Timor-Leste.
Director of Corporate and Community Engagement
Teresa has more than 20 years’ experience as a marketing and fundraising professional across the NGO, corporate and government sectors. She also founded a successful international business based in Vietnam and Australia. Most recently she worked as a consultant and completed a rebrand for the State Library of Victoria. Prior to this Teresa spent 12 years working with World Vision in senior management roles and as a consultant.
Director of Policy and Programs
Tom joined WaterAid in 2015. He has more than 15 years’ experience leading policy, research and advocacy initiatives both within Australia and internationally, including four years in Afghanistan. He has worked with policy think-tanks in London and Afghanistan, and has worked extensively in peak body roles leading sector coordination, policy development, and advocacy strategies.
Sarah is a Chartered Accountant with 15 years’ experience in finance including 10 years in the international development sector. She started her career at Deloitte and has worked for Gundjeihmi Aboriginal Corporation, World Vision and Burnet Institute and now WaterAid. Her experience includes internal and statutory audit, management accounting and risk management.
