WaterAid Australia employs 30 full-time staff and 40 staff in the country programmes we fund. Investing in our people is vital to the success of our work. We are committed to being an inclusive organisation.

Our volunteers also play a crucial role at WaterAid. Many have worked with us for a considerable period of time, contributing invaluable time and skills to the organisation.

By supporting local partners in the countries where we work, we invest in local organisations to build both their skills and capacity, ultimately making the projects sustainable over the longer-term.

Our local partners include non governmental organisations, civil society groups, government agencies, academic institutions, private companies, journalist networks and many more.

In addition, we have partnerships with institutions and companies that fund our work, and we follow our own ethical policy when selecting these relationships.
