Senior Individual Giving Manager - USA

It’s hard to believe that today 844 million people do not have clean water and 2.3 billion do not have a decent toilet – around one in three of the world’s population. Every two minutes a child under five dies from diarrheal diseases caused by poor water and sanitation.

WaterAid America is looking for a Senior Individual Giving Manager to play a vital role in our mission to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere by 2030.

Working within the Marketing and Engagement Team, your responsibilities include:

• Retaining sustaining donors and promoting qualified supporters up the giving ladder,
• Closely monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new, active and lapsed supporters to determine cultivation tactics and relationship building techniques that increase long-term supporter value,
• Leading on the development, production and implementation of new donor acquisition tactics and strategies including multi-channel campaigns.

To be successful, you’ll need to:

• Have a successful track record of working in a direct marketing role / team, including experience of planning, managing and executing multi-faceted individual giving campaigns,
• Demonstrate superior communication and analytical skills, must be able to analyze marketing metrics to determine impact and optimize tactics,
• Be exceptionally organized and problem-solver, with the ability to manage a varied workload, including multiple projects and deadlines,
• Be fully committed to WaterAid’s vision, mission and values and a way of working that demonstrates this, with the ability to communicate this enthusiasm to others.
