Play the Pani the handpump game

In this game you will help villagers in Nepal, Ghana and Ethiopia to gain access to a clean water supply by reading the text carefully and answering the questions correctly.

Pani the handpump will be on hand to help you answer the questions but be careful. If you ask Pani too many times or chose the wrong answer you will loose one of your five lives (buckets).

Play the Pani the handpump game
Play the game and help villagers in Nepal, Ghana and Ethiopia get access to a safe water supply.

Instructions

Read the first three screens to find out all about the water cycle and how to play the game. These screens will give you all the information you need to answer the questions.

Once you have chosen which country you would like to visit you will be asked a series of questions which ask you how to solve the villagers water supply problems.

The choices are written down and shown as pictures in the image (on the right hand of each page). The solution to each one was on the previous pages. Clicking on one of these choices produces an answer. If this is right you move on to the next screen, if wrong you lose a life (bucket) and have to choose again.
If you don't know the answer, you can ask for help by clicking Pani Pani will help you through the game. But be careful as you are only allowed to do this twice in each game.

At the end of the game you will be given a score and told some more about water supply, hygiene education and sanitation issues in the developing world.

If you lose all your buckets the game is over and you will have to start again.
