Management team: A six members team consisting three directors, two head of the units and the CRHow do we operate: The Senior management team decides country operations procedures, under guidance of the Head of the Region the CR approves all operational procedures.
How do we work: we are not a direct implementing agency; we work with partner organisations.
What are the operating manuals: we have HR, finance, IT, vehicle use manuals and partner financial guidelines
Financial year and Financial statements: we follow April to March as financial year and conduct annual audit by external auditors and submit copy of the report to NGOAB every year
