WaterAid in Ethiopia works to fund projects that deliver effective, sustainable solutions while providing evidence and experience to influence at national level. To date, WaterAid in Ethiopia has funded more than 50 water and sanitation projects and a number of institutional development and capacity building projects. So far, more than 900,000 Ethiopians have benefited from WaterAid funded projects. |

As part of the WASH media forum quarterly event we are organizing the upcoming event in Addis Ababa. The focus is on solid waste problems and management in Addis Ababa. It is planned to take place for two day accompanied by field trip to some selected areas to help journalist to develop their media stories. Organised by the Stockholm International Water Institute (SIWI) it brings together experts, practitioners, decision makers and leaders from around the globe to exchange ideas, foster new thinking and develop solutions.
