WaterAid India welcomes outsiders to engage with its work. You can get involved with WaterAid as a volunteer, intern or researcher.

Internships

WaterAid India encourages students from India and abroad to apply for internships which can sometimes lead to extra credits in their courses. WaterAid India offers on the job learning and considers the opportunity as  mutually beneficient.

Internships normally run for a period of one to three months and are accepted throughout the year. WaterAid India has so far engaged students from institutions such as Cambridge University, Larenstein International University for professional education in Netherlands, Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM) Bhopal, India, Mahatma Gandhi University Kerala and TERI, New Delhi, India.

Volunteers

We are looking for committed and motivated volunteers to help extend our reach and expand our efforts. Volunteers can contribute to our work in many ways, including support us to build up the resource centre, special events, participating in field activities with help in data collection and documentation and providing support in WaterAid offices.
