On the rare occasions the poor are asked, water comes out as their highest priority. Unsafe water, sanitation and poor hygiene practices kill more children than AIDS, TB and malaria combined. Yet, the share of aid for water and sanitation is smaller than it was fifteen years ago. Can you help WaterAid change this and ensure that aid for sanitation and water is effectively targeted and used where it is needed most?
WaterAid is seeking to recruit a Policy Officer with a proven track record in producing original research, analysis and advocacy strategies to influence international and developing country policies on development finance. You will be a persuasive communicator and will have worked collaboratively in a variety of international contexts to bring about policy change.
