The impacts of Climate Change will be hardest felt in the developing world and in poorer communities. It is anticipated that its effects will add to the existing challenge of providing safe water and sanitation to the poor. Rapid urbanisation and unsustainable use of water resources for agricultural and industry are threatening the water security of poor communities. Can you help WaterAid and partners to better understand these risks and ensure that water and sanitation issues are effectively addressed in national and international policy?
WaterAid is looking for a Policy Officer with a track record of original research, analysis and advocacy to influence international and developing country policies on Water Security and Climate Change. You will be a persuasive communicator and will have worked collaboratively in a variety of international contexts to bring about policy change.
