Fundraising & Grant Manager
Location: New Delhi, India
WaterAid India invites applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the position of Fundraising & Grant Manager for its office in New Delhi.
The Job holder will be responsible for securing and managing funding from bilateral and multilateral agencies and other major international NGOs, foundations and Trust. They will coordinate and support the development and implementation of WAI Fundraising strategy and report to the Head Marketing & Communications. They will also work closely with Programme, Policy Partnership and Finance teams.
Essential requirements for the post are:
- Masters in relevant field with ten years experience, with three years of it in grant management and a fundraising role
- Significant experience of corporate fundraising, competing for and securing new business, developing grant proposals and managing donor accounts
- Experience of managing information on fundraising databases
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and numeracy skills
This post is offered on a fpur-year fixed-term contract normally renewable at the end of contract, however it can also be renewed as we transit into an Indian entity.
