Brief news WaterAid staff in Niger are safe following the recent military coup in the country. We are monitoring the situation closely, however the events reported have so far taken place in areas where WaterAid does not currently operate, therefore we do not anticipate there being an impact on our work at this point in time (19 February 2010). |
