WaterAid gets new Country Representative

WaterAid Uganda welcomes Tim Fowler to WaterAid as the new Country Representative.

Tim Fowler has been with Concern for ten years and has been Country Director in Uganda since 2002. He has over 15 years of development experience with NGOs in five African countries.

Tim's expertise includes managing a broad range of community development programs, capacity building in local NGOs and community based organizations, and designing and constructing small-scale water supply and sanitation systems. He has special training in environmental science, third world development theories, and land and water management, with an emphasis on drinking water supplies.

Tim was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, including third world development theories, from Thames and Plymouth Universities. He also holds a Masters Degree in Land and Water Management from Cranfield University.
