Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within 5-12 days if the goods are in stock. If the goods you order are out of stock but have not been marked so, we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available. If they are seasonal goods (for example, Christmas cards) and it is towards the end of the season and we cannot source the item we will send you an alternative or supply you a refund.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Policy
If any of the goods you receive are incorrect or damaged, please return them within seven days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund.
