Our social media spaces are about you, not us, so please do comment, like, share and post relevant content. We're a friendly bunch from around the world, so do please join in - the more the merrier! When doing so, please remember to have respect for others and behave as you would like people to behave towards you. To help you do this, we've created some very simple house rules: Please stay on the right side of the law. Anything which condones or encourages unlawful activity, or incites hatred, must be avoided. This includes defamation and contempt of court. Please don't advertise your products or services, however relevant you may think they are. If there is genuine reason for doing so, please contact us first. Please don't spam us. If you want to say something, just say it once. If it's not relevant, please don't post it at all. Please don't be offensive. Please don’t use swear words or other offensive language. Any comments which we deem to be racist, homophobic, sexist or otherwise offensive will be removed. Please do not post personal details such as phone numbers or email addresses. People who consistently fail to follow these rules may be asked not to contribute or, in extreme cases, removed. We also reserve the right to remove content which doesn’t follow house rules. In return, we aim to provide safe, friendly and useful social spaces to discuss water and sanitation issues, ways to get involved, and other relevant related topics. If we are failing to do this, just let us know via mail. We aim to respond to emails within two business days. You can also feed back to us via the relevant social channel. Thanks for your support and getting involved.
