Thanks to previous Sing for Water events we have been able to reach people in India, Ghana, Malawi, Burkina Faso and East Timor.

All new Sing for Water events now channel their fundrasing towards transforming the lives of communities in the Salima region of Malawi and the Upper East region of Ghana.

Raise up your voices and raise funds to help some of the poorest communities:

  • Set up and manage sustainable projects that provide access to safe water
  • Construct effective latrines for households, communities and schools
  • Establish life-saving hygiene promotion schemes

Some examples of where your money could go:

£50 could pay for a handpump
£100 can fund a soap making business for two people
£385 could pay for a school toilet block
£595 could buy a rainwater harvesting tank
£1,300 could repair a village waterpoint
£2,130 could fund a school rainwater harvesting system
£4,475 could pay for a borehole

WaterAid will use your money where the need is greatest. Read more about our work in Ghana and Malawi.
