Hydro International, which has offices in the UK, USA and Ireland, is an industry leading provider of stormwater and wastewater solutions.
Managing Director Europe, Chris Williams chairs the employee fundraising committee, he explains:
"This is the first time that Hydro has committed to a company-wide sponsorship raising £30,000 for WaterAid. We were very impressed by the work of WaterAid all over the world. The enthusiasm and commitment from employees in developing a calendar of fun and challenging events has been really outstanding.
Employees, suppliers and business partners battle it out annually on a course of fiendish 'It's a Knockout' obstacles. Other activities include a Band night and the amazing success of the 'Ride up Britain', a gruelling non-stop bike ride from Land's End to John O'Groats raising over £16,000."
