Tap into WaterAid is a fantastic opportunity to transform a patron's requests for tap water into a rewarding experience for both you and your customer.

With tap water becoming an increasingly common request, it is the perfect opportunity to suggest a customer donation to WaterAid's work. Suggesting donations for the free, clean water that you provide is vital to the many people who still live with no option but to drink dirty, unsafe water.

  2. Brief your staff so they too can encourage your customers to Tap into WaterAid
  3. Suggest to each customer who requests tap water that they make a donation to WaterAid

Once you have collected and sent tap water donations to WaterAid, we’ll make sure you receive a thank you letter and certificate in recognition of your support in helping some of the world’s poorest people gain access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene education.
