Bramwell International & Source Hydration Systems
Bramwell International, the UK distributor of Source Hydration Systems and Meindl Footwear, is now entering its second year supporting WaterAid. In an exciting start to the second year, the "New Life" Meindl walking boot campaign encourages you to donate your old boots to start a new life. Simply take your old boots to a participating Cotswold Outdoor, Ellis Brigham or independent retailer to help raise money for WaterAid. The campaign will run from 1 May 2010 to 31 July 2010. Full details of the promotion and participating stores can be found at www.meindl.co.uk/newlife. This partnership was initiated as a result of Source Hydration System's 'Give One Chance' campaign, which involves giving 1% of sales turnover in each country to community based projects. The "New Life" campaign builds on activities in the first year of the partnership, in which Bramwell International's partnership with its retailers ran a consumer competition to win holiday vouchers and Source Hydration System products. This was supported by an advertising campaign and Point of Sale materials which also served to promote the partnership. The success of the campaign culminated in Bramwell International winning the "Best In-store Display Equipment Systems" award at the Tens Awards organised by outdoor trade Magazine OCC to reward marketing excellence in the Outdoor Industry. Commenting on the partnership with WaterAid, Nick Bramwell from Bramwell International says, "We are pleased to pledge our support to such a worthy cause. Water is a necessity for life – and for retailers and customers to know that a percentage of the turnover of Source Hydration Systems goes to WaterAid helps them feel great about their involvement in providing water sources to those in need."
