The Co-operative Bank

The Co-operative Bank has worked in an affinity partnership with WaterAid since 2003. We work together to offer members of the public a WaterAid credit card.

The WaterAid credit card raises money for WaterAid through The Co-operative Bank's donations:

• £15 for every new account opened
• £2.50 if the account is used in the first six months
• 25p for every £100 spent using the card or transferred to it

To date over 2000 WaterAid Credit Cards have been issued raising over £90,000 for water, sanitation and hygiene projects that have benefited many people in the world's poorest countries.
