From looking through the site you will have already seen that the amount of water we drink has a significant effect on our overall health and well-being. Yet a survey carried out by WaterUK showed that on average people in Britain drink around half the recommended amount of water.
The recommended amount of water (or fluid) is six to eight glasses per day for adults, more in hotter climates and during exercise.
Hopefully you have had a go at our hydration calculator to work out how much you should be drinking. We have created two useful tools to help remind you to Drink More Water each day whilst at your computer:
