Congratulations to our 2009 runners!
We just want to say congratulations to WaterAid’s 2009 New York Marathon Team! All of us at WaterAid would like to thank you for your support and say well done for completing this great event.
Sandy Bruce, one of WaterAid’s runners tells us about his experience:
“Running through all New York's 5 boroughs is truly an amazing experience. It does seem a bit unreal now that it is over. The run starts on Staten Island and ends up in Central Park via Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the Bronx. I completed it in 4 hours 30 mins which was my target time and a personal best so I am happy with that.”
