Why Run for WaterAid?

Every day children die from drinking dirty water. WaterAid works throughout Africa and Asia with some of the world’s poorest people. Every hour we build a new waterpoint. And every hour we help over 100 people to get clean, safe water. £250 could pay for a locally manufactured rope pump in Mozambique, or £500 could build a new tap stand in a village in Ethiopia, for example. By running in an event to support WaterAid, your every step will save lives.
