Individual Distances
- Super Sprint Distance: 400m swim, 10km bike and 2.5km-run
- Sprint Distance: 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km-run
- Olympic Distance: 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run
Team Distances (each team member completes ONE leg)
- Sprint Distance: 750m swim, 20km bike and 5km-run
- Olympic Distance: 1500m swim, 40km bike and 10km run
About:
The Liverpool Triathlon is one of the most exciting triathlon events in the UK. Taking place on closed roads in Liverpool’s City Centre, participants get the chance to swim, bike and run their way past some of Liverpool’s most iconic landmarks such as the Echo Arena, Liver Building and the Albert Dock.
