Speaker Expenses FAQs
All trained WaterAid speakers can claim expenses for travel costs getting to and from talks.

What can I claim expenses for? WaterAid will pay the costs of any reasonable travel to and from a WaterAid talk, including travel by car, or by public transport.

Do I need receipts? Yes, you must attach receipts to your expense claim form before you send it in.

Where can I get an expense claim form from? Please email speakers@wateraid.org and we will email or post you a form.

How do I receive my expenses? Once processed the full amount will be paid either directly into your bank account or by cheque. This normally takes 2 – 3 weeks. Please include your bank details on the expenses claim form if you would like them paid directly into your account.
