WaterAid named one of the best charities to work for in the UK

WaterAid has been ranked 41 in the prestigious Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work for.

WaterAid is also one of a smaller number of organisations to achieve a coveted Best Companies Two Star ‘outstanding’ status.

The Sunday Times list is compiled from responses to an in-depth employee survey about key areas of working life including leadership and management, personal growth, teamwork, well-being, pay and benefits, and opportunities to give back to the community.

The results show that:

  • 97% are proud to work for WaterAid
  • 85% say that they have fun in their team
  • 93% believe that the job they do at WaterAid is valuable for their future
