1. How can I raise money for WaterAid?

There are a wide range of ways to raise funds for WaterAid. Throughout the year individuals, companies, schools and community groups take part in, or organize a whole range of events to raise money for WaterAid. 2. Can I volunteer for WaterAid?

We are often looking for volunteers to help us in our offices or at events. Volunteering for a charity like WaterAid is an invaluable experience and is an ideal way to get first hand knowledge of working in the sector.

3. Can I volunteer overseas?

We don't send volunteers overseas. Day to day project work is carried out by local organizations based in the countries where we work. These organizations mostly employ local staff who in turn work very closely with communities so that they are also actively involved in the planning, building and maintenance of their projects. This local participation is vital to ensure the sustainability of water and sanitation projects.

4. My company would like to support you. How can we get involved?

Our corporate relationships are valuable to us and there are many ways in which your company can work in partnership with us, from employee fundraising schemes that benefit both companies and staff to gifts in kind and long-term partnerships.

Currently most of our campaign work is based in the UK or the EU. If you are interested in our campaign work, you can sign up to receive regular updates from our campaigns team.
