“We will support you to develop and grow through various formal and informal approaches to learning, encouraging global collaboration and empowering you to be your best” - Mila (People & Culture Lead)

What we offer

Flexible working practices are championed at WaterAid. Most roles have the ability to function remotely and with global networks, our employees can enjoy flexibility around working hours. TOIL, recovery and Purchased Leave options are on offer to support various flexibilities.

We have study, paid family violence leave, community leave and three additional days off over the Christmas period.

As a global organisation, we encourage our employees to visit our country programs and build networks with WaterAid globally. Various secondment and learning opportunities are on offer.

We offer rest and rejuvenation areas within the office environment and our office is located in a beautiful leafy suburb. Health & Wellbeing are incorporated into our planning processes and a work-life balance is encouraged with our flexible working practices.
