Unlock Your Potential: Become a Master Trainer!

WaterAid Bangladesh, in collaboration with the CWIS-FSM Support Cell of DPHE, International Training Network Centre, BUET (ITN-BUET), and the Municipality Association of Bangladesh (MAB), is organising the CWIS Master Trainers’ Programme 2024. This transformative training proramme is set to take place from 25-28 November 2024 at BCDM. 

Building the capacity of municipalities and their female staffs are crucial in successful mainstreaming of citywide inclusive sanitation (CWIS). Introducing women as master trainers will enable them to assist municipal authorities in recognising challenges and deficiencies in institutional capacity and resources necessary for adopting CWIS at the respective municipalities. This initiative will be instrumental in promoting gender equity for ensuring safely managed sanitation in urban areas, where these women leaders can take charge of appropriate planning, accountability, and resource management in their respective municipalities and MAB regions.
