Endline study of adapting WASH

The endline shows an increase in safe water sources from baseline (29%) to endine (60%) in the Awash project areas. The mean distance of water collection has also been reduced and average water collection time was calculated at 19 minutes, almost half of baseline water collection time.  Also, the study shows during post-Aila period, Pond Sand Filters (PSFs) have become one of the dominant technologies in the region. In addition, access to improved latrine also increased from baseline (43.2%) to end line (59%)
