About the Schools for Schools programme

The Schools for Schools program started with a vision to create awareness about the magnitude of problems around access to clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene. We aim to sensitise students and teachers about these issues, who in turn spread the message to their parents, friends and the society at large.

We encourage schools and students to conduct activities which create awareness about the issues and an urgency to work towards the same. They are also encouraged to conduct fundraising activities that contribute to the solution for these problems.

The children connect across languages, countries, states, age and many other differences towards one goal, bringing about a change towards a happier world for all. They take up action projects to ensure sensitisation about the school-going children who do not have access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene.

For students: Students are our real champions. As WASH (water, sanitation and hygiene) ambassadors they help us work towards our ultimate aim of making clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene accessible for everyone, everywhere. Here are some ways to be a part of our journey. But remember to ensure that people know how their contributions would impact someone’s life.
