WaterAid statement on the passing of Her Majesty The Queen

Tim Wainwright, chief executive of WaterAid UK, said:
 
“We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty The Queen. Her remarkable 70-year reign was defined by a deep-rooted sense of duty and service, both to those in the United Kingdom and across the Commonwealth. 

“Her life saw much change in the world around her, but her unabated commitment, energy and interest in people’s lives has been an inspiration and example to us all.  

“Our thoughts are with our President, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales, and the Royal Family at this sad time.”
