Established in 1981, WaterAid is an international non-governmental organisation focused on improving people’s access to safe water, improved hygiene and sanitation in developing countries. It works on the basis that water and sanitation are basic human rights, and are essential services vital for health, education and livelihoods. WaterAid has been working in Eswatini (Swaziland) since 2012.

WaterAid Eswatini, formerly Swaziland, calls for sealed proposals (including technical and financial) from interested and eligible consulting firms/individual consultants for the formulation of the ´National sanitation and hygiene regulations'.

This assignment is open to both local and international consultants that demonstrate sound knowledge, technical skills and capability as required by the nature of the assignment and understanding of the requisite task set forth in the scope of work. The financial proposal should quote fees/costs in the format requested in the ToR/guidelines.

Interested and eligible consulting firms/individual service providers are requested to submit their proposals through email addressed to the Principal Environmental Health Officer, email: [email protected] copied to [email protected] on or before 17th August 2018, at 16h00 (Eswatini time) marked with the subject ‘National sanitation and hygiene regulations’.

Companies should enclose copies of company registration certificate, most recent tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, and company/personnel profile.
