Invitation for Proposal - Research on Hygiene Behavior Change - Swaziland (eSwatini)

Established in 1981, WaterAid is an international non-governmental organization focused on improving people’s access to safe water, improved hygiene and sanitation in developing countries. It works on the basis that water and sanitation are basic human rights, and are essential services vital for health, education and livelihoods. WaterAid has been working in Swaziland (eSwatini) since 2012.

WaterAid Swaziland (eSwatini) calls for sealed proposals (including technical and financial) from interested Swazi or South African eligible consulting firms/individual consultants for the development of the “Formative Research on Hygiene Behavior Change for Lubombo and Hhohho Regions”. 

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToR) for the required service outlined above can be found attached below.

The proposal should demonstrate sound knowledge, technical skills and capability as required by the nature of the assignment and understanding of the requisite task set forth in the scope of work. The financial proposal should quote fees/costs in the format requested in the ToR/guidelines.

Please note: This opportunity is only open to researchers based in Swaziland (eSwatini) or South Africa. 

Interested and eligible consulting firms/individual service providers are requested to submit their proposals through email addressed to the Country Team Leader, email: [email protected] copied to [email protected]  on or before 27th July 2018, at 16h00 (Swaziland – eSwatini time) marked with the subject ‘Formative Research on Hygiene Behavior Change’. Companies should enclose copies of company registration certificate, most recent tax clearance certificate, VAT registration, and company/personnel profile.
