Join us – and hundreds of others across the UK – this May, and help people around the world transform their futures with clean water.

Right now, 771 million people around the world – that's 1 in 10 of us – don't have clean water close to home.

Whole communities are held back: children miss school because they're out fetching water, people struggle to earn a decent living, and whole families are often ill.

Fundraise as part of your 100 Miles in May challenge and you'll be helping us work with more communities to ensure people have a reliable supply of water – and with it, the opportunity to thrive.

Will you take on 100 miles this May and help reach everyone, everywhere with life-changing clean water?

You can complete your miles however you like – from running and walking to cycling, swimming or even scooting, it's up to you! You might want to stick to one activity, combine a few, or, if you're feeling imaginative, try to think up a new one for every day of the month...

The first step is join our Facebook group.

Once you've joined, you’ll be able to set up your fundraiser, receive your free T-shirt, meet other amazing fundraisers, and get loads of tips and ideas for your challenge!

For this challenge we haven’t set a sponsorship target – we just ask that you set up your fundraising page and do your very best!

All the money you raise by taking on the challenge will help us work with communities around the world to improve people's access to clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.

Yes! We understand that everyone has their own personal circumstances, so if it makes sense for you to include those steps, we are happy for you to do so.

Of course! This challenge is for everyone, so you're welcome to put your own spin on it.

You can change your fundraiser name to reflect your own personal challenge, by using the pencil icon to edit the page title.

You can still take part, even if you aren’t on Facebook:

  1. Register online
  2. Set up a JustGiving page to manage your fundraising.

Get in touch with us on [email protected] if you'd like any help setting up your challenge.

As the challenge is being run through Facebook, we'd prefer you to fundraise there so we can easily keep track of our overall total, and provide you with more support.

Of course, if you'd rather, you can set up a JustGiving page instead.

Once you've joined the Facebook group and set up your fundraiser, we aim for you to receive your T-shirt within ten working days.
