World Water Day 22 March
World Water Day is a global day of action and a chance to come together to celebrate the nine in ten who now have clean water close to home and to remind the world of the one in ten who don't... yet.
Hundreds of people are already going #Blue4Water – from going to work dressed in the loudest blue outfit imaginable, to organising a blue themed karaoke night or a sponsored danceathon, it's all happening on World Water Day!
World Water Day 2018
This year is an important moment in the fight to reach everyone everywhere with water.
This World Water Day we want you to take action for the 844 million people worldwide living without clean water close to home
– lined up, this queue of people would reach from Earth to the moon and beyond.
Long walks, waiting for water and reliance on dirty ponds, streams and open wells are a daily reality that cause cause illness and death. This shouldn't be normal, for anyone.
How can I get involved?
The money you fundraise will help us bring clean water to the 1 in 9 people worldwide without access to clean water.
