Whether you decide to walk, jog, run or cycle – a long-distance challenge is a great way to raise lots of money while doing something amazing!

Pick from varying distances and terrains – whatever suits you. You can choose to walk, jog, run or cycle, so there's something for everyone! You can go solo, or form a team of challengers to take on the distance in solidarity.

The important thing is to ask for sponsorship, so you'll be motivated to keep going as you join us in our goal to reach everyone, everywhere with clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.

Hannah's Three Peaks Challenge

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge consists of summiting the three tallest peaks in the Yorkshire Dales: Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough.

Determined to raise funds for WaterAid to honour her mother’s favourite charity, Hannah laced up her walking boots and took on the challenge:

COVID-19 restrictions had given us little opportunity to organise a fundraising event, or even see our friends who live all across the country

Hiking the Yorkshire three peaks was a great way to do both at the same – we got to spend a rare day together and raise money while doing so.
