What our employees say

Charley Day, WaterAid, visits our work in Uganda
I love that we put our people first. It’s very much about asking ‘what do you need to do your job the best you can?’ Whether that be training, innovation, flexible hours or tackling new challenges.

I work with some of the most talented and dedicated people I have ever met and we're all passionate about making clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere.
