Paddington 2 screening terms and conditions
Once booked, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. Guests are advised to check their order carefully before confirming their booking.
If guests are no longer able to attend, they will not be entitled to any refunding of their donation.
To gain access to the event ticket holders must produce a valid form of photographic identification. Accepted forms of identification are UK/EU/International Passports, National Identity Cards and Valid Driving Licenses. Refunds will not be provided to those who are not admitted to the event as a result of failure to provide acceptable identification.
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
If the Event is cancelled because of circumstances of force majeure, guests will not be entitled to any refunding of their donation and/or compensation of other losses, such as travelling or accommodation expenses.
WaterAid shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation, curtailment or change of schedule of the Event because of government action, strike, civil commotion, and national disaster or other force majeure event or cause beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.
Event risks, medical conditions and liability
WaterAid or supporters of the event cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage or public liability caused or sustained before, during, or after the event, as a result of guest participation, unless caused by the negligence of WaterAid. In addition, they cannot be held liable for any changes made to the event for safety reasons, or as otherwise planned through circumstances beyond their control.
Guests are responsible for their own safety and their own actions (including the safety of their possessions) whilst attending this event.
Alcohol at the event may only be bought or consumed by guests aged 18+. It is an offence for any minor to attempt to purchase alcohol and any underage ticket holders attempting to purchase alcohol will be ejected.
By taking part in this event guests consent to being filmed and/or photographed by WaterAid or someone connected to WaterAid. The rights to any such footage or photographs will be owned by who owns the device and also to WaterAid if it is passed onto us. WaterAid may use the footage or photographs for future advertising and promotion, globally and in perpetuity. Any feedback or comments you provide may also be used for future advertising and promotion, globally and in perpetuity.
How we contact you
The main way we will send you information about this event will be via email but we may also contact you by phone or post. Therefore, by registering for the event, you agree that WaterAid can use your data for the purpose of contacting you to give information relating to this event and details of other events you may be interested in.
You can request to stop receiving communications from WaterAid about the event and the difference your support makes but please be aware that if you make this request before your event has passed this will mean you will not receive key event information from us. This could include booking information and any last-minute changes to the event. Your privacy rights
We will always store your personal details securely. We will use them to communicate with you in the ways you have agreed to and may also use your data for administrative and analysis purposes, including supporter profiling. This is to ensure our communications to you are as appropriate and cost effective as possible. We only allow authorised individuals who work on our behalf to access your personal data and will never exchange or sell your data to any other commercial or charitable organisation.
