What our volunteers do

All volunteers at Boomtown will be helping to run our period-friendly toilet area, which combines our composting toilets, the Good Loos, with extra facilities for people to manage their periods in a pleasant and hygienic space.

Volunteers will keep the loos clean and tidy, while raising awareness of our work with women and girls, and highlighting the importance of decent toilets and good hygiene – for everyone, everywhere.
