Did you start your day by taking a shower, followed by enjoying a warm cup of tea, perhaps? Was it possible for you to clean your breakfast bowl, use the toilet, and wash your hands, preparing yourself for the day ahead?

We rely heavily on clean water, proper sanitation, and effective hygiene in our daily routines to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and good health.

In the absence of safe and assured drinking water in the household, individuals, often women and girls, are compelled to undertake long journeys to fetch and consume contaminated water, adversely affecting their health, education, and livelihoods. The exacerbating effects of climate change also pose an additional threat, placing already fragile water supplies at an increased risk of complete depletion.

The interconnectedness of clean water, decent toilets, and good hygiene might not be immediately apparent. Yet, without proper sanitation, water sources are susceptible to contamination, and without clean water, maintaining essential hygiene practices to prevent the spread of disease becomes impossible.

Our commitment extends beyond short-term solutions. Collaborating with government agencies, supporters, and local communities we seek sustainable answers that empower people to transform their lives permanently. Will you join us in making a lasting impact?
