Tap the sun for clean water

Tap the sun is WaterAid’s recently launched special project to bring life-saving clean water access to Chicoma, and other remote towns in Mozambique, using their most abundant natural resource: the sun.

Four village taps, powered by solar panels, will mean villagers no longer have to fetch water from this water hole, but instead have clean, reliable water 365 days a year and closer to home.
