Event information

WaterAid have teamed up with Discover Adventure to provide the ultimate challenge. Take on the highest freestanding mountain in the world and help #FinishThirst.

Mount Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped summit rises high about the dusty African plains, with huge permanent glaciers flowing down from the summit.

The trek is the challenge of a lifetime and takes ten days to complete. Every step of the way you'll be helping to transform lives with clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene.

The challenge is led by adventure travel experts Discover Adventure. Your fundraising will cover the cost of your challenge, including flights, food and accommodation.

Please note you will need to have reached your fundraising target in order to take part in the event.
