Splish Splash Flush: lesson plans

This set of lesson plans and materials introduces pupils to the importance of toilets to staying healthy.

It also explores the methods used to improve hygiene behaviour and attitudes, and gives pupils the opportunity to assess these methods and try some out for themselves.

The lesson plans include films, animations and case studies such as Pinki's (above), and can be used as the basis for a number of lessons, and allow the teacher to choose whether to cover all aspects of the plans or just a few. There are suggested questions for pupils which can be used for written work or class discussion.
