We are calling for runners to join us the Tokyo Marathon 2024 Charity, on Sunday 3 March 2024, and deliver clean water for all.

Join Team WaterAid for Tokyo Marathon 2024 Charity to support a project in Mozambique, where we're working with communities to transform the water, sanitation and hygiene facilities in five rural health care centres.

Run the newest of the six World Marathon Majors, the Tokyo Marathon, on Sunday 3 March 2024, and deliver clean water for all.

Monday 26 June, 11:00 - Thursday 13 July, 17:00 (JST) 1. Visit the Official Website of the Tokyo Marathon Foundation Charity “RUN with HEART” Tokyo Marathon 2024 Charity Page, scroll down and select “WaterAid Japan”. Start your application by clicking "apply for donation". 2. In your application, let us know your passion for WaterAid, why we should invite you to join our team and how much you pledge to donate (minimum 100,000 yen). |

Step２： Selection Making a donation |
Friday 14 July, 11:00 - Friday 28 July, 17:00 (JST) 1. Based on the criteria, we will select 30 runners. Your place will be confirmed via email. Please note due to the number of applications expected it's unlikely we'll be able to offer places to those pledging the very minimum. 2. If you're selected, you will need to make your donation between 14 and 28 July. |

Step３： Race registration |
Tuesday 1 August, 11:00 - Thursday 10 August, 17:00 (JST) 1. Once your donation being confirmed, you will be informed about race registration via email.
