Get your school involved in a WaterAid fundraiser. Hold a free dress-up day, a bake sale, or a special event while learning about the global water crisis.
Celebrate the inspirational women and girls at your school with an International Women's Day event.
Celebrate the goodness of water and learn about the global water crisis with a day dedicated to H20. You may also wish to celebrate World Water Week in the final week of August or National Water Week in the third week of October.
Break the taboos around menstrual hygiene and start the conversation about periods with a special day in May. Another good hygiene themed day is Global Handwashing Day on 15 October.
This might be the only day of the year that you can get away with toilet humour at school. Start the conversation about the importance of your dunny with a toilet-inspired school activity.
