Gambling with WaterAid
WaterAid is committed to complying with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005 and the Gambling Commission’s Licencing Conditions Code of Practice (LCCP) and aims to ensure that our gambling products are operated in a secure, fair and socially responsible way.
Regulations
WaterAid is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 4628. Under this account we operate the WaterAid Raffle.
The WaterAid Raffle is managed by our External Lottery Manager (ELM) CFP Lottery and Raffles Ltd.
Players of the WaterAid raffle must be 18 or over. It is an offence to gamble if underage.
