Scotland Munro Challenge 2020
We're sorry to announce that due to the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing measures, we are postponing the Munro Challenge. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope we can re-organise for the near future. If you have registered for the challenge we'll be in touch via email when we have an update.
If you have any questions please get in touch at [email protected].
All funds raised from The WaterAid Scotland Munro Challenge will help to bring clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene to communities in Malawi.
How to register
- Get together a team of 4-7 people, and nominate one person as team leader.
- Pick the summit you would like to tackle and use the regional registration link (see the list below) to register for that summit.
- Your team leader must register as a team leader, and everyone else must register as a team member.
A series of hills, Scotland's 282 Munros (so named after Sir Hugh Munro, who first documented them all) are over 3,000 feet high and scattered across 12 regions of Scotland.
Before taking on your chosen Munro it's important to train and prepare for the climb.
